Young Cameroonian girl has reportedly poisoned her own family members in Biyem-Assi Lac district, Yaounde.
According to information revealed by Crtv Web, a 13-year-old girl poisoned three members of her family in the Biyem-Assi Lac district in Yaoundé.
She poisoned her seven-year-old sister who has reportedly died, her older brother, eight-year-old, and their guardian, in their thirties, interned at Biyem-Assi hospital.
The security forces invaded the scene to open an investigation and determine the motives that would have led the primary 6 girl to take such an action against her relatives.
While waiting for the results of the investigation and the version that the accused will give, there are questions that keeps popping up in our minds. Did she not have good inter-personal relationship with her family members? Would it have been animated by a supernatural spirit? Would she have wanted to express her anger at an “injustice” she probably got from her family? Who might have given her such an advice ? Was the act premeditated or involuntary?
These are the concerns to which justice will shed light after its investigations.
