The CEO of Empire Company label, Pit BACCARDI has appointed a new management team, Esther Diane being at the head of the label, and Thierry AYISSI NDEMBA General Manager.
Esther Diane NAAH has been in the music industry since 2013, when she created the MBOA URBAN platform, producing the famous Mboa Tape compilations. She also co-produced and accompanied many artists until joining Empire two years ago as Artistic Director.
Thierry AYISSI NDEMBA, Executive Manager at Empire for 4 years, has managed since his arrival, several artists of the label including very recently our beauty queen Mimie. He is also part of the organization of several major concerts, such as those of Booba, Dadju and SBO.
As Label Manager, Esther will lead the development and outreach of the Empire Company brand in all aspects, including production, management, business partnerships and the label’s involvement in the development of the local industry.
Thierry will now be responsible for coordinating and ensuring operational monitoring of the various activities of the label. He will continue to cultivate partnerships and expand the reach of Empire Company as a leader in its field.
Pit BACCARDI will now devote himself to larger missions, such as promoting African music internationally.
