Following the many rumours that surrounds his departure from the group & label, Auguste one of the members of the X-maleya group finally clears the air in regards to this in an interview with Yolande Bodiong.
After his marriage, which took place on February 15, Auguste from the X-maleya group was contacted on phone on Monday February 17 by the Soleil program presenter which is broadcast on Sun TV.
Answering the question pose to him by the presenter about the situation of their group because there are clear observations that he no longer participates in any public appearance with the other members of the group, the artist had something to pinch in.
Yolande asked :
X-maleya is three but we have been seeing them only two for awhile , what’s going on?
According to the artist, he makes the same observation like the entire audience.
For him, “he is like us, he has no information” because it was his relatives who pointed out to him for the first time that “his friends are on TV Without him. He bounces back saying that “he has no information” and that “we must also ask them” because “he doesn’t know what to say”.
The singer does not end here, he continues by saying that: “if they feel that I am not entitled to certain information, I am herr and I watch on TV like you”
Recall that the group celebrated its 10-year career in February 2017 during a giant concert held at the National Museum of Yaoundé.
