Cameroonian music crooner, Shura turns plus one today. Fru Shura Tatiana comes from a small village in the Northwest region of Cameroon called Akum. She was born and bred in Yaoundé among four brothers and sisters. Shura “mama” as she is popularly known grew up in an environment where love for siblings and a sense of sharing were present. She left from Mballa 4 primary school to Lycée D’Essos and graduated at the University of Yaoundé II.

“As a child, my dream was to become a star and sing on the biggest stages in the world”, the crooner revealed as she began to make waves nationwide.

“I started out singing in the choir and my friends told me I had a great voice. But what really motivated me was that I was taught that my mother who was also a good singer. I wanted to make her dream come true, ”continued Shura regarding her commitment to music. She wants her musical career to last and she gives herself the means to get there. By working very hard.

Shura is a multi-award Cameroonian singer, songwriter, performer and philanthropist signed under Stevens Music since 2016. The “Allez Dire” singer was born on 18th January 1989 in Yaoundé. Music wise, the crooner released “Allez dire” (which is her first hit song) just a few months after “Atalakou”. After that, she released “Dis moi tout”, tranquil, Voila moi and now Nyamangoro.
