An incredible tragedy occurred on Monday night at Djelen 3 district of the city of Bafoussam, western region of Cameroon.
A woman in her 30s attacked her mother with an ax.
According to local sources, the defendant who is named Carine, accused the mother of wanting to sacrifice her two children.
Having heard of this information from the city of Douala, where she was residing, the alleged murderer jumped on the first bus to Bafoussam, where she committed something irreparable.
She narrowly escaped the lightning strike of the people who wanted to lynch her. She is currently detained at the central police station in the city of Bafoussam, an investigation has been opened.
