Hans Nafonde Moisa, artistically known as Nafon was born in 1990, Buea, Southwest Region of Cameroon.
Nafon’s mother has 4 children, the artiste being the fourth.
Nafon lived in Nigeria then the United Emirates Arabs before returning back to his country of origine of recent.
After his adventures in the aforementioned countries, Nafon has decided to focus on his musical career more than ever.
He describes his relationship with music as a spiritual calling from his childhood that he continues to follow. When not producing his own music, he enjoys drawing, playing football and learning to play music keys.
Nafon categorizes his music as Raggae Afro Pop, using Bob Marley, Tupac and 2face Idibia as inspiration. Also, Nafon gets inspired with Lapiro and Longue Longue’s social justice musical style which is out to ridicule and eradicate the ills of the society.
Again, he aspires to touch people of different races and generations similar to Sergio Polo, uniting them through timless music that will bring joy, hope and belief in life. Nafon states, “I make music that is spiritual food for the soul.”
