American rapper, songwriter Jarad Anthony Higgins popularly known as Juice Wrld has been reported dead.
The rapper suffered a medical emergency shortly after arriving at Chicago’s Midway International Airport, according to people who were traveling with him,as reported by Chicago police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi. The rapper died shortly after at a nearby hospital, according to police
“There were no signs of foul play and all individuals aboard the aircraft are cooperating with CPD and have given all of their information,” Guglielmi said
Sources said the rapper had suffered the seizure while walking through the airport and was bleeding from the mouth when paramedics arrived.
According to them he was still conscious when he was taken to a hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after.The cause of death is not yet known.
He has worked with the likes of Future, Nicki Minaj , and Travis scott. The ‘Lucid dreams’ crooner had just celebrated his 21st birthday just recently on Monday (2 December). His last Instagram post boasted of his plans for week-long celebrations, as he wrote: ‘Yesterday was my actual bday im celebrating all week doe 999 s**t [sic]
Juice was signed to Interscope Records in March 2018 after scoring hits on SoundCloud with “Lucid Dreams” and “All Girls Are the Same,” according to Billboard magazine, which profiled the artist in March.
The list of rappers who died recently keeps increasing as the likes of xxxtentacion, and Nipsey Hussle recently passed on as well.
